Yes. We ship beyond the borders of Mercia to most regions globally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the mood of the gods, and standard international logistics. Customs may detain your items if they detect excessive style or latent energy. Proceed accordingly.

How long does shipping take?

Each item is conjured on demand. Typical delivery takes 4–13 business days, depending on alignment, supplier availability, and regional anomalies. You will be notified when dispatch occurs. Or you won’t. But it will arrive.

Can I return or exchange items?

All products are made to order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including incorrect size or color selections.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@merciaroyale.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What sizes do you offer?

Each product includes a sizing guide. If you hover between dimensions, we recommend going up a size to accommodate growth, layering, or spontaneous metamorphosis. When in doubt, shroud yourself.

What materials are your garments made from?

Cotton. Polyester. Residual signal. Occasionally viscose. All garments are printed on high-quality base materials selected for durability, softness, and their ability to hold a message.

What happens if my item arrives... different?

This is not uncommon. Variations in stitching, print, or ambient mood are part of the process. If your garment arrives humming, blinking, or referencing private memories — do not panic. Wear it anyway. It’s probably meant for you.

Can I wear Mercia Royale clothing in daylight?

Yes, but some pieces are better suited to low light, liminal spaces, or emotionally unstable weather. If you find yourself being watched more than usual while wearing them, take that as confirmation.
